We are delighted to announce the relocation of our headquarters to a new, larger, and more functional 300 sq.m. space, located at 352 Karamanli Avenue (at the MAICh traffic lights) in Chania.
As of September 23rd, 2025, you will find us at our new offices, ready to welcome you.
This is more than just a move. It is the next natural step in a steady course of development—built with consistency, dedication, and daily effort. MR PROKAT is now expanding with projects all across Greece—from the South to the North—while the number of building permits, partners, employees, and projects continues to grow.
Today, MR PROKAT is proud to have a fully staffed team of university-educated architects and civil engineers, ensuring quality at every stage of design and implementation. With more than 100 completed projects nationwide, our experience stands as a living testament to our reliability and creativity.
Our new base is designed to meet the modern needs of a growing and evolving team—one that continues to put people at the center of everything we do. Through our work, we strive to give shape to our clients’ dreams—and this relocation gives us the space, structure, and energy to do that even better.
At the same time, we are strengthening our presence in the Greek market with new proposals, dynamic solutions, and an approach that combines experience with innovation.
In November 2025, MR PROKAT will participate in Xenia, Greece’s premier tourism exhibition, where we will present modern prefabricated housing and accommodation solutions, specially designed for the tourism and investment sector.
