The 55 sq.m prefabricated house package includes an open-plan area with living room, dining area, and kitchen, two bedrooms, and one WC.

The design of the external surroundings is adapted according to the plot’s requirements. Furniture is optional.

The roof can be either single-pitched or gabled. The hipped roof that may appear in 3D visualizations is not a construction requirement.

External walls: with a 150mm frame, 100mm mineral wool insulation, and 11mm OSB3 panels on both sides
Internal walls: with a 100mm frame and 11mm OSB3 panels on both sides (without insulation)
Roofing: Single-pitched and gabled roof with Roman tiles and gutters
Non-walkable roof terrace
Electrical installation: Basic electrical installation with sockets and switches
Plumbing: Basic plumbing installation with one bathroom and one kitchen
Frames (doors & windows): Outward-opening white frames with shutters and insect screens, thermally broken, without tilt function, in specific dimensions, cold series
Main entrance door: White aluminum with solid panel, choice of codes from company catalog
Tiles: Option to choose between two codes from the company’s catalog
Sanitary ware: Toilet, washbasin with pedestal and mirror, and basic bathroom set (choice from the company’s catalog)
Interior doors: Laminate, from our company catalog
Painting of interior and exterior walls: Option to choose one color from the basic palette of five colors
