External masonry: with 150 mm frame mineral wool insulation 100mm and osb3 11 mm on both sides

Internal masonry: with 100 mm frame and osb3 11mm on both sides (without insulation)

Roof tiles: Single and double pitched roof with Roman tiles and gutters

Non-walkable roof

Electrical plan: Basic electrical installation with socket switches

Plumbing: Basic plumbing installation with one bathroom and one kitchen

Windows: White frames with shutters and screens, thermally insulated, without tilting and in specific dimensions

Entrance door: White aluminium panelled door, with a selection available from our company’s catalog

Tiles: You may choose between two codes from the company’s catalogue

Hygiene items: basin, a mirror cabinet, and a basic bathroom set (choose from the company’s catalogue)

Interior doors: laminate doors you can choose from our company’s catalogue

Painting of internal and external masonry: Choose one colour from a basic palette of five colours
