The X40i XeniosZeus is tailored for tourist rental housing, designed to meet E.O.T. specifications. It features a prefabricated 80-square-meter house divided into two 40-square-meter units. Each unit includes an open-plan living room with a sofa bed and kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom (furniture optional).
The external environment design is customized to suit site needs and accommodation requirements. Each type of tourist lodging is adapted to various plot types and can be adjusted in size based on owner preferences.
