The X460d Hostel is a prefabricated, two-storey building with a total area of 460 sq.m. It offers 34 beds, including two specifically designed for disabled persons, in compliance with legal specifications. The hostel features an open-plan layout comprising a reception area, living and dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, a double bedroom for disabled people, a laundry room, a linen room, a luggage storage area, and the necessary number of WCs.
The external design is adapted to meet the needs of the plot, and the size of the building can be modified according to the owner’s requirements. Furnishing is optional.
