Xds280 Ikaros is a complex of four tourist accommodations of 70 sq.m each, which are divided into two apartments, each with a ground floor and an attic floor. The ground floor accommodation includes an open plan living room, kitchen and rest area as well as a bathroom. The first floor is divided into an open plan area with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom followed by a loft in which the bedroom and a large terrace are located.
The design of the exterior environment is adapted according to the needs of each plot and the size of each accommodation is modified according to the owner’s requests.
The furnishing is optional.
