Xds280 Ikaros is a complex of four tourist accommodations of 70 sq.m each which are divided into two ground floor and first floor apartments, each with an attic.
Each building consists of ground floor accommodation which includes an open plan living room, kitchen and rest area as well as a bathroom.
Upstairs the floor is divided into an open plan living room, kitchen, and bathroom and then you follow the wisdom of which is the bedroom and a large terrace.
The design of the external environment is adapted according to the needs of each plot and the size of each accommodation is modified according to the owner’s requests.
