Xds80 Chrisoskalitissa concerns a complex of four two-story prefabricated tourist accommodations with attics, designed in a modern architectural style.
Each building consists of two apartments, each with a private veranda. The ground floor covers an area of 30 sq.m., while the upper floor together with the attic forms a single apartment with a total area of 50 sq.m. The ground floor apartment includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The second apartment (upper floor with attic) features an open-plan kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
The design of the outdoor environment is adapted to the plot’s requirements, and the size of each unit can be modified according to the owner’s specifications. Furnishing is optional.
