Our services include both conventional and prefabricated construction, all fully licensed by the Greek National Tourism Organization. MrProkat Chatzistavros’ prefabricated houses are built with a sturdy wooden frame structure designed to be fully anti-seismic, remarkably compact and externally waterproofed.
